Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
